Become a CashOver Agent

CashOver Agents are trusted operators who help users deposit and withdraw cash from their accounts. Whether you're a store owner in Tripoli or a service provider in Beirut, becoming an agent allows you to earn fees while making financial services more accessible in your community.

There is currently no public sign-up page for agent registration. Interested applicants can:

If you submit your request via the official website form, you'll receive an automated confirmation email that your request has been registered. Otherwise, please wait for a manual reply to your email inquiry.

Agent Eligibility Criteria​

To ensure security, service quality, and compliance with local regulations, CashOver agents must meet the following minimum requirements:

  • Clean criminal record
  • A physical store in an approved location (Tripoli, Beirut, or other major cities)
  • Ability to operate at least a 6-hour shift
  • Ability to safely manage and secure cash liquidity
  • Must be a Lebanese national
  • Fast and reliable internet connection
  • Access to a computer with a functional web browser
  • Basic computer literacy
  • Ability to read and write
  • A working email address

Required Official Documents​

To apply, agents must submit the following documents:

  • No criminal record certificate ("إفادة عدم محكومية" / "8ayr ma7koom 3alayh")
  • Copy of national ID or passport
  • Two (2) passport-size photos
  • Proof of store ownership or rental agreement (matching registration location)
  • Utility bill for the store (e.g. electricity or internet)
  • Valid mobile phone number and email address

Application & Document Submission​

After submitting your initial request, the CashOver team will follow up by email outlining the next steps. You may either:

  1. Physically deliver the documents to the CashOver HQ after verification, OR
  2. Scan and send the documents in response to the email for preliminary approval.

  • You can begin facilitating deposits and withdrawals
  • You start earning agent fees with every processed transaction
