Agent Settlement

Managing your balance as a CashOver Agent is essential to maintaining your ability to process deposits and withdrawals. This guide explains how settlement works when you owe the company money (negative balance) and how you can withdraw your earnings when your balance is positive.

Understanding Your Balance

  • A positive balance means you've accumulated earnings (primarily from withdrawal fees). You can use this balance for purchases or withdrawals through the CashOver personal app.
  • A negative balance means you owe money to CashOver, usually due to deposits or receiving liquidity (reimbursements) for customer withdrawals.

🔄 Your balance reflects real-time activity. Frequent transactions may cause rapid changes, so timing during settlement is important.

Settling a Negative Balance

When your agent account has a negative balance, you are required to settle it in full with CashOver.

Settlement Steps at CashOver HQ

  1. Visit the CashOver Headquarters.
  2. Inform the staff you want to settle your agent balance.
  3. Present your Agent QR Code.
  4. The staff will scan your QR code to check your current balance.
  5. Hand over the full amount owed (no partial settlements are allowed).
  6. The staff confirms the amount and processes a disbursement.
  7. Once complete, your agent balance will return to zero.

⚠️ If you experience high traffic at your store, it's recommended to close temporarily during your settlement visit to prevent discrepancies in your balance due to live transaction activity.

Withdrawing a Positive Balance

If your balance is positive and you'd like to cash it out:

  1. Visit CashOver HQ.
  2. Request to withdraw your agent balance.
  3. Staff will scan your QR and confirm the available amount.
  4. Your balance will be disbursed to you in cash.

You may also continue using your positive balance for purchases or services within the CashOver personal app ecosystem.
