Important Guidelines

• Plan Ahead: An offer cannot be set on the same day. You must plan your offers ahead. For example, if you want to run an offer on Monday, create the offer on Sunday and set the offer timeframe to match your preferred timeframe.
• Minimum Timeframe: The minimum duration for any offer is 24 hours.

Types of Offers

We support two main types of offers:

1. Buy One, Get One (BOGO)
2. Percentage Discounts

Steps to Create an Offer

1. Go to Marketing & Offers > Create Offer.
2. Click on the offer type that you want to create.
3. Fill in the necessary information.
4. Click the Items tab inside the offer to connect the offer to your desired items.
5. Click Create.
