CashOver Merchant Fees & Limits
This section outlines all applicable fees for CashOver Merchants, including both DropOver-based transactions and direct in-store payments via QR code.
Free Until End of March 2026
All merchant-related operations are fee-free until March 31, 2026. This includes:
- In-store QR code payments
- DropOver online store sales
- Manual order creation & processing
Fees will apply starting April 1, 2026.
DropOver & Direct Merchant Sales

💡 "Direct Sales Fee" applies to any operation done by the merchant outside of the DropOver platform.
Merchant Verification & Account Limits
If your merchant account is not Business KYC verified, then the limits of a Personal account will apply by default. Business-level limits are only activated once full Business KYC verification is completed and approved.

- Merchants are responsible for local tax reporting and invoice management.
- Any misuse or fraudulent store setups will result in account suspension.
- Fees are reviewed quarterly and may change due to regulations or operational costs.
- By using our services, you acknowledge and agree that CashOver reserves the right to modify, adjust, or introduce new fees at any time, at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice. Such changes will take effect upon publication on the official CashOver platform or through direct merchant notification.
