Begin your CashOver Merchant journey by visiting the CashOver Merchant Web Portal or downloading our dedicated merchant app from your preferred app store:

The sign-up process is simple and secure, designed to onboard merchants with ease while ensuring full verification and compliance.


Step 1: Sign up with your email

Create your merchant account using a valid email address. This will be your primary login method and point of contact.

Step 2: Verify your email address

A verification code will be sent to your email. You must verify your email before proceeding. This ensures security and protects your merchant account from unauthorized access.

Step 3: Enter business and merchant information

After verifying your email, you'll be asked to enter your business and personal information. This is essential for identifying your merchant profile and ensuring smooth operations.

Required fields include:

  • Business Name
  • Business Phone Number
  • Merchant First Name, Middle Name, and Last Name
  • (Optional) Representative Name – useful for customer support or operational communication
  • Agreement to Terms & Conditions

Step 4: You're in!

Once you've completed the form, you'll be redirected to the Merchant Dashboard Home. From there, you can begin setting up your store, list products, and start accepting payments through CashOver and DropOver.
