Deposit Fiat/Crypto

Deposits allow you to add funds to your CashOver wallet. You can fund your account with both fiat (LBP, USD) and cryptocurrency (USDT on BSC).

Note: You must be KYC verified to complete any physical deposit.

Fiat Deposits

Fiat deposits are currently supported in Lebanon, with support for the following currencies:

You can deposit fiat via ATMs or authorized agents in the CashOver network.

ATM Deposits

1. Open the app → Settings → CashOver Network → filter by ATMs.
2. Locate an ATM, ensure it's operational.
3. Visit the ATM and scan the QR code.
4. Select Deposit, enter the amount.
5. Insert the cash when prompted.
6. Your balance updates instantly once verified.

Agent Deposits

1. Open the app → Settings → CashOver Network → filter by Agents.
2. Visit an available agent during working hours.
3. Scan the QR code at the agent’s counter.
4. Select Deposit and enter the amount.
5. Hand the exact cash amount to the agent.
6. The deposit will be processed and reflected immediately.

Crypto Deposits

Crypto deposits allow you to top up your wallet using external wallets.

1. Go to the app homepage.
2. Select the crypto token (e.g., USDT).
3. Click the copy icon next to your wallet address.
4. Use this address to send USDT (BEP-20) from your external wallet.

Note: Fees and processing time apply. Incorrect deposits (e.g., wrong token or network) may result in permanent loss of funds.
