Withdraw Fiat/Crypto

Withdrawals allow you to move money from your CashOver wallet to cash, crypto, or another wallet of your choice.

Note: KYC verification is required for all physical withdrawals.

Fiat Withdrawals​

Withdrawals are possible via ATMs or agents in the CashOver network.

ATM Withdrawals​

  1. Go to Settings > CashOver Network > Filter: ATMs.
  2. Locate and visit an available ATM.
  3. Scan the QR code.
  4. Select Withdraw and input the amount.
  5. Cash will be dispensed once verified.

Agent Withdrawals​

  1. Go to Settings > CashOver Network > Filter: Agents.
  2. Visit a nearby agent.
  3. Scan the QR code at the counter.
  4. Select Withdraw and enter the amount.
  5. Present a valid ID for identity verification.
  6. Collect the cash once the transaction is confirmed.

Crypto Withdrawals​

  1. Copy your external wallet address.
  2. In the app, select the token you want to withdraw.
  3. Tap Withdraw, enter the amount and paste your wallet address.
  4. Confirm and wait for blockchain processing.
